You can insert presentations from slideshare using the vshare plugin like this:

1. open the slideshare page of your choice
2. click on “more share options” below the presentation
3. get the “For WordPress.com” content, looks like this: [slideshare id=1537166&doc=modelingthemobileux-bryanrieger-090605041301-phpapp01]
4. insert double curly braces and insert “slideshare>” plus the doc= content from the slideshare embed, in this case “modelingthemobileux-bryanrieger-090605041301-phpapp01”
5. result: open_brace open_brace slideshare>modelingthemobileux-bryanrieger-090605041301-phpapp01 closeing_brace closeing_brace
