Other Standards Issues

JIL: the Joint Innovation Lab, is an operator-formed joint venture to bundle developer and publication resources, not really an own standard, as JIL is very close to both W3C and BONDI specs.

Nokia's WRT is loosely based on the W3C spec, they announced to become fully W3C and BONDI conforming in a later version.
